| I live (far away) and was a little apprehensive about buying a used spa through the Internet from the other side of the country. I do buy many new things, with little problem, but nothing this big. The sales team especially James, his Dad Jim & Scott have been GREAT!! The tub was delivered on time and just as described and set up in a place by a great delivery team...one small problem with one of the jets...one phone call to Jim and it was on it's way. Gotta love that kind of service from a family-run company...
