Well five and a half years ago I bought a Hot Springs Spa and the model was a "Sovereign". It is the best money I have ever spent in my life. Like I said, in the five and a half years, I have not missed more than twenty days. I am in it EVERY night. As you get older your body is not the same as it was when you were younger. You have more aches and pains such as stiff muscles and arthritis. You need to find something to help relive the pain and stiffness other than pain pills. Well I found my relief - it's a Hot Springs Spa, the "Sovereign".
Just before I go to bed I sit in the spa for maybe ten or fifteen minutes. I have the temperature set at 104 degrees (I like it hot). When I get out of the spa I can move my body really good and my arthritis pain is temporally somewhat gone. It is not a cure for my arthritis but it sure helps. When I get in bed I'm relaxed.
